Razor made entirely of aluminum, with high-precision machines through material removal.
We use only high-quality aluminum, resistant to wear and tear, with a further hardening process through surface anodization. Any changes in color or slight stains are not considered defects, as the galvanic process cannot be controlled during anodization, as it is directly dependent on uncontrollable factors such as humidity, temperature, and electrical intensity. The resulting color is therefore a unique characteristic of the process, not a problem.
All parts of the razor and the mobile attachment are machined and treated to achieve maximum precision; this applies to both the thicknesses and the various cutting angles, as well as the holes and threads, everything is made to a near-perfect standard.
The stainless steel pins are also made to specific designs and are mounted on the body of the razor using a special key that allows for ideal calibration, obtaining, when tightened, the locking of the blade between the body of the razor and the mobile coupling.
Without the blade, the attachment is mobile, but once inserted, it creates the correct thickness that allows both the mobile part and the blade itself to be tightened.
For a perfect fit, we recommend using whole blades broken in half. This creates a slight curvature at the ends of the blade at the break point. This curvature, once placed on the razor body, creates a spring effect when the removable attachment is inserted, requiring light pressure. This spring effect is essential for precisely tightening the removable part and correctly positioning the blade.
The cover, also made from a solid block of aluminum, is machined using high-precision machinery to obtain the internal milling, which will house the razor body, as well as the external parts with various inclinations and angles as per the design.
Once processed, the aluminum handle of the razor is anodized in various colors.
The cover is attached to the razor body via a stainless steel pin which, with the aid of two nylon washers, makes the opening and closing movement of the razor extremely smooth and consistent.
